Ciro Dias is a naturally processed Yellow Bourbon from Fazenda Capim Seco in Carmo de Minas, Brazil. Producer Ciro Dias Pereira took over farm management from his brother Rafael and co-manages Fazenda Irmãs Pereira with brother Luiz Paulo of Carmo Coffees. The family has passed coffee production through generations, and Capim Seco’s beans are processed at Fazenda Irmãs Pereira using advanced techniques. Notes of nuttiness, brown sugar, and chocolate deliver a classic Brazilian profile. Adventure Level 4.0 out of 6.0 indicates a balanced, traditional character perfect for those who appreciate rich, sweet, chocolatey coffees. What our staff is saying We haven’t tried this one yet! For the best taste, enjoy your coffee within approximately 6 weeks of the roast date. Coffee naturally oxidizes slowly over time, but it can still be enjoyed beyond this window.
