Built around three components: a washed Colombian, a washed Ethiopian, and an organic natural Ethiopian, this is a blend that covers a lot of ground without ever feeling unfocused. The Colombian washed provides the clean, structured backbone, the washed Ethiopian adds brightness and clarity, and the natural Ethiopian brings a fruity, aromatic sweetness that lifts the whole cup. Roasted on a fluidized bed roaster, which removes unwanted roast gases during the process, the result is a noticeably smooth and clean cup that lets the blend’s natural character come through.
