This current version is a regional washed lot from Cauca, Colombia, a region known for producing coffees with bright acidity and clean, structured sweetness. The roast has been developed specifically to bring out both the chocolate richness and the lively fruit character simultaneously, keeping the two in balance rather than letting either dominate.
