His work with the Honduran Coffee Institute helped grow a group of two interested producers into a community of thirty in the span of a single year. That kind of impact is rare, and it shows up in the quality of what’s in the bag. Processed using the washed method, this is a bright and nuanced cup with cherry and mandarin leading the way, grounded by black tea and a gentle nuttiness on the finish.
